Hey there! My name is Claudia. I'm a thrower (shot put and discus) and also a swimmer. I'm currently working on losing the weight that I've been carrying for most of my life. I've been trying to do this in as healthy of a way as possible, but just like most of us, I slip up sometimes. This blog is a way to keep me motivated as I continue to get smaller and stronger!
